Sharon Tilley

Sharon is the Principal of the long established Lymphoedema and Laser Therapy Clinic and in a collaborative approach to managing the growing demand for laser in a wider range of patient needs and conditions has joined forces with another like minded Sharon!
Sharon first used lasers as a hand therapist in 1989 and quickly realised that this was an area of physiotherapy that would have far reaching applications. She has been involved with published research into the use of laser (PBM) for lymphoedema, Parkinsons Disease , Knee Osteoarthritis and modulation of the gut microbiome and is excited to see how laser therapy will evolve further in the management of cancer related side effects which is her passion.

I have been working with therapeutic lasers for almost 14 years and it is one of my greatest passions in life. It is so rewarding and a blessing to be able to both care for people who are suffering and to provide a way out of the pain cycle which can be many years for some.
Low level laser is a most exciting field of therapy to work in as the applications for it are growing especially in areas of mental health and cognitive decline. My areas of particular interest include migraines as I suffered with these until I had laser therapy myself but I have successfully treated many pain conditions using laser over the years.

Rosie joined our team in 2021 as a medical receptionist and her positive 'can do' approach to work has helped greatly with the challenges associated with working in our busy clinic.
She has worked as a receptionist for a General Practitioner for 5 years and as a secretary for an Oncology and Haematology specialist for the last 4 years prior to joining Adelaide Laser Pain Therapy.
